When you place an order through the Online Store, an e-mail will be generated automatically through the system to confirm that your order has been placed. Please review this e-mail for any errors in products or shipping address. It is your responsibility to contact Martycultural Art as soon as possible if any changes need to be made.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & RETURNS

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or otherwise defective artwork after placing an order through the Site, please contact Martycultural Art within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase date and we can discuss your options. Please note that Martycultural Art does not offer any returns on artwork. We are happy to either exchange your items or to offer you store credit within 30 days of purchase, on a case by case basis.
